The sink has a disposal. The self cleaning range also has convection settings for fast and moist cooking.  

From the window, you can see Downtown Seattle.  The sink is a new high end Franke with American Standard pull out spray faucet.  This kitchen is fit for the chef or for someone who just likes the convienences of up to date appliances and fixtures.  

The Breakfast Nook gets flooded with sunlight from the large sliding glass door and just outside is this deck that faces South, perfect for private relaxation and barbecuing.

New wood laminate flooring covers the Living areas upstairs. The Living Room and Reading Nook or Office, has that sweeping downtown view. A Vaulted Ceiling and Fireplace complete the luxurious feel and large space of the upper floor. A second bath/powder room is convenient up here too. 

Two spacious bedrooms both with Walk In Closets take up the entire lower floor, they were meant to be like "Master Suites" for two people who wanted to share an apartment. One of the Suites opens to the private back yard through a six foot sliding glass door.
